Dr. Mejia completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, where he received a B.S. in Biology. He then earned his D.O. degree (Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine) at the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and fellowship-trained in Interventional Pain/Musculoskeletal Medicine. He holds medical licenses in both the state of New Jersey as well as New York.
Dr. Mejia is also deeply committed to continuing education, and regularly attends and completes courses and workshops to remain current in his field. He is also quite active in the community, participating whenever possible as a medical volunteer.
Dr. Mejia resides in Clifton, NJ and is married with three children. In his spare time, he enjoys photography, playing basketball, and spending time with his family.
