Orthopedic Surgeons Now at Monmouth Pain!

Orthopedic Surgeons

Would you like to have a specialist take a closer look at your back, knee, or shoulder condition?

Our orthopedic surgeons are standing by and ready to help!

We at Monmouth Pain in Monmouth and Ocean County, NJ have expanded our team of doctors to now provide orthopedic consultations and surgery options. We always do what we can to help people heal naturally with our amazing team of physical therapists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, orthopedic surgeons and pain management doctors.  Sometimes conditions require more than just conservative treatment.

When conservative treatment is ineffective, minimally invasive surgery may be one treatment option. The Monmouth Pain team you have trusted to provide you with quality hands-on treatment now offers cutting-edge technologies such as lasers and robotics to bring you the best in muscle, bone, ligament and disc treatments.

Orthopedic Surgery Procedure Example

One example of this is the Minimally Invasive Discectomy for people that have confirmed disc herniations.  During this procedure a very small incision is made.  Our orthopedic surgeon or neurosurgeon removes part of the damaged spinal disc using one of two methods.  One method is through the insertion of a small tube where instruments pass through to remove portions of herniated disc.  Another method is through the use of a laser to accomplish the same result. During this procedure, the surgeon does not remove any of the bone or muscle that may occur during more invasive procedures. This minimally invasive procedure has been shown to be more effective for the relief of the radiating pain (radiculopathy or sciatica). Patients typically experience almost immediate relief from this procedure and go home with a significant decrease in symptoms.

This is just one example of the many new services we now provide to treat you head to toe.  Whether it be your neck, shoulder, knee, hip, wrist, elbow, back or ankle, our team is ready to consult with you to help you get the best results as quickly as possible with as little pain as possible.

Our core values remain the same as our services expand to provide you with the best treatment options for your condition.
